  • The site was chosen after a two-year review of 22 potential locations across metropolitan Perth.
  • The location offers the best amenity and least possible impact on surrounding areas of any similar facility in Australia and internationally.
  • Located in an active rural zone, not rural living, The Track land is under the flight paths of the nearby Serpentine Airfield and surrounded by poultry farms, turf farms, aquaculture, a quarry and very few permanent residents.
  • Stati Group has planning and environmental assessments and approvals underway, with construction estimated over 18 months to commence when approvals are granted.
  • The site was chosen with manageable potential impacts in mind, including required drainage works and mitigation of noise and vibration through construction and operation of the motorsports facility.
  • 17 dwellings are located within a 2km radius of the site - considerably less than similar facilities within WA, nationally and worldwide.
